Hello,

Looking to find an automated solution for the following.  I am using Windows XP, version 2002 sp1.  The application in question is Microsoft Office Outlook Version 2003(Part of Microsoft Office Professional Edition).

I have various different email accounts in which I want to use different email stationeries.  I am using one stationary as customized in Tools>Options>Mail Format>Stationary.  Is there a method to change the stationary as per the specified sending email address account?

For example, If I have a sales, support and personal email accounts, I would like the stationary to automatically change when each individual email account is being used or is selected.  If not, I would like to be able to use a shortcut to paste the stationary into the specified email message.

Furthermore, the stationary contains html formatting such as images, links and watermark image.

Thank You
