Hello,
Suddenly, an application that uses a file uploader component just stopped working.

006~ASP 0177~Server.CreateObject Failed~The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password. Wrong selection : Object required

How can I change who the component runs as?  Is that even what I want to do?

I'm new to windows system administration, what exactly is it referring to when it says the username and password is wrong.  The IUSR?

IUSR needs rights to the Uploader DLL, or it's directory....OR, you need to reregister the component.

Problem has been solved.  The component was a COM+ application and the credentials had been changed.  Thanks.
