Hi all,

Sometimes when I need to restart a pool or IIS under W2003, the message SERVICE UNAVAILABLE appears until the service goes up again.

I'd like to change the text "Service Unavailable" with another text that I will create...

I try to find it in erros files and many other files without sucess.

Any Ideas?

Best regards,
Luiz

These error messages are built into the system files. As far as I know you would have to hack which ever file is responsible for the error and change the text from with in the file. Not something I would recommend doing.

Well! :(  I'll try to hack it then!
For now, I will seek to see which file is responsible for this message....

I'll post a message later.

Do you have a Resource Hacker?

No, but I think it's possible to "hack" it using a simple HEX Editor.

Apparently you know what your doing if you know about HEX EDITORS. All I can say is good luck and be very very very careful :)
