Sometimes when I need to restart a pool or IIS under W2003, the message SERVICE UNAVAILABLE appears until the service goes up again.<br />

I'd like to change the text &quot;Service Unavailable&quot; with another text that I will create...<br />
<br />
I try to find it in erros files and many other files without sucess.<br />
