which Content-Type is set by the server? Does your client know how to handle this Content-Type?

what is meant by content type  can u tell me please because im still a beginner with the apache server

ahoffmannCommented:
Content-Type is what the web server (apache) writes in the HTTP response header, it tells the client (your browser) how to handle following data
in your httpd.conf you need to have something like:
    AddType application/x-httpd-jad .jad

then your browser need sto know what to do with this
