Aloha to all,
I need toupdate my usb 2 pcmcia card, and ran "Radar Sync", Windows window's update,  and ran the free scan on drivershq.com.  Radar Sync and Window's update found that I was up to date, , but drivershq.com found that I needed 38 driver updates.  Does anyone know if this web site is a scam, or they reliable?
Or do you have a better way to check for driver updates?
Many Thanks,
Manny

From what I've seen, the best way to find driver updates is to check the page of the manufacturer. Drivershq.com may say that there are a number of updates available, and there may well be, but if you check the manufacturer's web sites, you can be sure that you're getting legitimate, fresh drivers. Also, drivers from 3rd party sites may say the drivers are newer. when in fact, they're betas or possibly even leaked alphas. I'd stay away from it personally.

Yes, most of the "new" drivers on drivershq.com are betas and they cause more problems than solutions they solve! They have had a driver I have needed in the past, but I don't go there just to ensure that I am up to date.

So I would trust what you have with the windows update and the radar sync.

Just a brief off topic point:

The word solution above, in the original is this a link?
Or, is my "Window Eyes software misinforming me.
Many thanks,
