Answer and Send phone calls

Hey eceryone!
What i want to do is use my computer as a phone (make and recieve calls). I have a microphone  and a 56k modem and i've been trying to find software which will allow me to do this, but all the software i've found i can either make a call, or monitor it, but not answer. Is there some way to do this?

SuperVoice or Cheyenne Bitware is usually bundled with modems (at least in my country). These are fully featured speakerphone emulators and can even emulate an answering machine.

If you don't have a bundled SuperVoice or BitWare, you can download a trial version of SuperVoice here:
