Outlook Express - Print Button Greyed Out, not for other apps

I ran across a PC with the user experiencing an odd problem - when she tries to print an email she's drafted, the Print function is greyed out.
Interesting part is that she can print from any other Windows application.
I had her copy and paste the text into a Word doc and print it (she has to have emails approved by
the boss - and he likes to review them on paper!), as a quick workaround.
Any ideas on why the print feature is greyed out?

Hi lowplainsdrifter,

MOst of the time this issue is because Outlook express and Internet explorer are not the same version.

Outlook express gets some of its properties from Internet explorer and hence both should be the same versionwise for this to work.

Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and update both IE and OE.
Restart the machine and check for printing

All the best

Interesting... I'll give that a try.  If it works - you'll get the points.  Thanks for the quick look-see!
