I am using clark connect Hom edition as a firewall for my business, but in the content filter i cannot seem to add hyphenated URLs to the ALLOW list.

For example, if i add www.experts-exchange.com to the allow list, then go to the wqeb site, it still comes back access denied.

Need help ASAP on this one.

Thanks in advance

Try "www.experts-exchange.com" - ie enclose in quotes.  Otherwise you will allow "www.experts" but NOT "exchange.com".
