Can ASP Read Powerpoint text?

I want to be able to read the text of each slide in a PowerPoint presentation.

Can I do that? If so, how?

hmm... so VBA can do that eh? Interesting! Can ASP do it?

Never worked with VBA though! Any pointers to tutorials / resources etc?

ASP can't really do it on it's own...read the last few paragraphs of "What is ASP"...

You will basically be using the objects here...

You'll have to change the syntax to use ASP/VBScript such as...
     Set ppt = New Powerpoint.Application
will be
     Set ppt = Server.CreateObject("PowerPoint.Application")

BTW, you also need powerpoint installed on your web server.
