Computer rebooting from a bugcheck

The computer has rebooted (5 times) from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was:  0x0000000a (0x00000004, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x080410df1).  Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195].  A dump was saved in:  C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini080304-04.dmp
