In an exchange/outlook 2003 environment is there a way to input something on your personal calander and have it appear on the public calander as well?  this will avoid having to enter the same thing twice in two places?????

Via macro, but why not drag the calendar item you created in your personal calendar and just drop it into the public calendar?

do you have the steps necesary to create the macro?? drag/drop might work
