read the content of CD-Rom with password

how can I make a data CD-ROM which needed a password to read the content ?

I would say the simplest way is to zip the important contents into one zip file (using winzip) and password protect that
zip file. So if you want someone with authority to read it , they can copy the zip file to their hard drive , get the password from you and then be able to open that zip file and read it ..

or use PGP to password protect or in other words encrypt
http://www.pgp.com/products/freeware.html

This is an easier way to protect than using CD encryption software
http://www.cd-lock.com/  and many others

also how to make a CD with a copyright which can not be copied by those CD burning software ? like those DVD movies ??
