"Operation Failed" error when saving calendar event

Here is the problem.

We have a shared folder with a calendar inside of it. We have several users that have been given OWNER permissions for the calendar. One of the users cannot save events in the calendar. She gets the error message "Operation Failed" when she clicks SAVE AND CLOSE.

I have tried recreating her profile and resetting her permissions. I have also tried moving her to another maching and creating a whole new profile there. Nothing is working, please help.

Is this connected to exchange server ?

Check this

You receive an "unable to perform the operation" error message when you save Calendar items in Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003

I am connected to an exchange server, but that is not the error I am getting.

The settings on the exchange server are fine, since all of the other users can access and modify the program with no problems.

I have solved the problem by creating a new calendar and moving all of the events to it. I then recreated all of the permissions. It works now.

I still don't know why the permissions got all messed up, or even if it was the permissions causing the problem.

I will still give you the points because you pointed me in the right direction, even though the problem was never really solved.
