New to ADO.Net and VB.Net and very confused about Typed versus UnTyped DataSets

Hi, I am new to ADO.Net and VB.Net, and have not had much experience with ADO or VB6 either.  I am creating a program using VB.Net and MS Access and have decided to use ADO.Net.  I am very confused about Typed  and UnTyped datasets, I'm not even sure which way I am doing it now.  Could somebody please explain to me what the actual difference is with respect to how the code looks between the two?
