One of our clients has couple of Machintosh laptops. I am looking for a free remote control software like pcAnywhere or Microsoft remote desktop so that I can do troubleshooting remotly.
Thanks a lot.

VNC (Virtual Network Connection) is indeed what you are after. Java tends to be slow though, so heres some native options:

Native Mac OS X VNC Client:
http://homepage.mac.com/kedoin/VNC/VNCViewer/

Native Windows VNC Client:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/vnc-tight/tightvnc-1.2.9_x86_viewer.zip?download

Native Mac OS X VNC Server:
http://www.redstonesoftware.com/vnc.html

Install the server on the machines you wish to remotely control. A lot of servers also included web based java clients if you really want cross platform solutions and don't wish to provide/use native VNC clients. Install a client on the the machine you are using. Connect to the server using the client and you are done :)
