Internet Spy problem

I am running windows XP pro .

I have a virus in my PC , when ever I request any website, I got htt://ssearch.biz?    website.
and it keeps my Internet connection to drop.
I have been trying to remove it from the registery, temp and Internt Temp folders, but it keep coming back .


My Norton antivirus 2003 is updated , but it couldn't find it. I tried Spyware remover it couldn't remove it.



how to get red from this ?
