How can I using wininet to now the download speed but from the server not my speed.
I have more than one URL-s from same file and i want to now how (server) is the fastest.Like ping

Download a small portion of the file from all servers and compare the download times.

You can also ping the servers and compare response times but the former method give more accurate results.

there are several code examples out there on how to ping in delphi
