VB 6.0 Access 2.0 Record Locking error

I am using VB 6.0 and Access 2.0.

The first app in locks the database and keeps it locked.

I am looking for the right combo of VB 6.0, DAO etc. to make this environment work.

Hi!

When you open the database use options False, False
first False means exclusive and second read-only

dim db as database
Set db = Opendatabase(App.path &"\my.mdb", False,False)
