A video splitting program. You could choose how many parts would you like to split .

llike the video splitting program of www.boilsoft.com

I want to buy it there but I dont have the payment methods they accept. so please anybody can create one like that.

There are a number here that can handle multiple formats, and allow you write custom scripts.  Best of all many of these are freeware.  Check it out: http://dvd.box.sk/index.php?pid=soft&prj=list&tools=cut&pol=26
