Can you ping the other computer from the workstation you are view My Network Place from?

hmm its giving me some weird stuff here...<br />

ok so i have 2 comps in &quot;network&quot; (thats not working) one ip is 192.168.0.2 other 192.168.0.3 <br />

192.168.0.3 is connected directly to cable modem and when i &quot;&nbsp;ping 192.168.0.3 &quot;&nbsp;it works ok when i &quot;&nbsp;ping 192.168.0.2 &quot;&nbsp;on that same comp it doesnt work<br />

the other one ,192.168.0.2, is connected thro wireless router and on that one i can't ping any one of them<br />

i have 2 computers connected in a wereless network thro a router. both computers can access internet but my downloads speed decreased a lot (from 50 or more kbps when one comp was connected directly to cable modem to less then 1 kbps now) and also when i go to &quot;my network places&quot; and to view workgroup computers only the computer that im on is there? both coputers are in same workgroup &quot;Mshome&quot;<br />
