Out of Office is not available - please see documentation...

Hi everyone,

This is a problem I've been having for weeks, so I hope someone can help. One of our users can't seem to get the out of office assistant to work correctly. If I go to Tools > out off office > it gives the message:

Out of Office - This command is not available - pleae see the documentation.

Now I've tried to remove the ecf file in the advanced options and the re-add them but to no avail.

Any help would be great!

ASKER

Hi,

We are using Outlook 2002 and using Microsoft Exch v 5.5.

There is no 'Resiliency' folder in the registry so both answers don't work.

I've tried re-installing and everything... such a pain when all the other users will work!
