Hello,
I would like to create a new form in a mail db but when I click on the New Form button, I get the error message that follows.  What are the implications of saying 'Yes' and proceeding?

Lotus Notes Domino
The database template has been authorized for use by Lotus Notes Mail users.  This action will invalidate the authorization.  Are you sure you would like to proceed?

That you can't get support from IBM if you mess it up.

Don't worry about it, you can still revert to the original template (so don't change the (original Lotus) mail5.ntf, inotes5.ntf, ... templates, instead create a copy and work on that copy).  Adding a form will generally not mess the mail up :-)

cheers,

Tom
