I want to start to serve RSS feed to others from my website thru my java application

where can i find a "hello world" for such kind of stuff to start with

I will frame a question another way. I want to generate RSS content with my java code and XML data , is there any package like FOP that converts XML to FO for RSS to convert XML to RSS

You do not need any special package for RSS, just plain SAX or DOM would do.
