Internet Explorer Print Preview in windows 2000 professional

Hello,
I've installed windows 2000 professional on a computer which is part of a workgroup, not of domain. Then i installed a network printer which is physically attached to some other computer. I created a user.i log on as a normal user, when i go to print preview, i get blank page with only header and footer. when i make this user a member of administrator or power user group, i get full preview. when i log on as administrator, i get full page preview. this only applies to internet explorer or u can say html pages (as this same thing i can experience in microsoft outlook also). but all other documents like word, excel  etc, i can see page preveiw in normal user mode. please advise me on this issue.

Thanks

Umesh

This happens when your Temporary Internet Files directory (specifically, index.dat) gets corrupted. Log on as Administrator, browse to "c:\documents and settings\%username%\Local Settings" where %username% is the account of the person who's having this problem. Delete the Temporary Internet Files directory, then log off Administrator and log back in as the user. Next time they run IE, the Temp folder should be recreated, and the problem should be resolved.
