Thanks, but is their a way to have completely in spanish, like a Windows XP Spanish version? Or will it do the same as Regional and Language Options?
Well, I "think" that it'd be the same, but don't expect the Windows XP Spanish version to translate things for you.  For instance, the web page you see in front of you right now, it's still going to be in English.

The only way to translate it would be to go to a webpage like:
http://babelfish.altavista.com/

and translate it every single time.

K, Thanks for everything tosh9iii.
Google
1. Offers its search pages in any language you choose.
2. offers a "Translate this" link adjacent to its search results, primarily to each properly formatted foreign language page.  This works for pages with their language tags set.

This combination definitely enhances the Internet experience for my Spanish-speaking visitors.
