How can I make my application start running as soon as Windows boot?

How can I put my application in the Windows startup list ? I also want my application to act as a service (without any windows). I'm using MSVC++ 6.0 in a WinXP enviroment.

You shall write your code as Windows NT Service and register with windows.

Do you have a requirement saying that it shouldnt be a service??
