You aren't missing any files.

There are known issues with Crystal and the rounded corners.  Some haven't been resolved at all yet ( e.g.: http://support.businessobjects.com/library/kbase/articles/c2010286.asp ) and some have workarounds but no clean fix ( e.g.: http://support.businessobjects.com/library/kbase/articles/c2015335.asp ).

I'm not aware of a fix for this yet, but you can always get the latest hotfixes from Biz Objects: http://support.businessobjects.com/fix/downloads_updates.asp

As I said, I'm not aware of a fix at the present time.  You can check periodically for new patches that may address it in the future.

As far as I know 9.2 versioning is only for the standalone version of Crystal Reports - I got 9.2 when I did my normal updates to Crystal.  For the .Net version I believe you are at the latest version already (meaning the latest version of 9 - obviously 10 is latest but that's not a free upgrade).

As far as I know it's only the .Net version that has this problem.  I've never seen this issue reporting for any of the standalone Crystal versions (either 9 or 10).
