Viewing exchange options in AD

For some reason I can not view any of the exchange options through active directory users and computers unless I am logged into the exchange box. I have used the same account but no do. How can I enable this. Thanks.

That'S the way it works, I have 2 servers, and to see the exchange options, I have to log on on the exchange box.

Thanks for Asking, never took the time to check it myself lol.

solution:

Start the Active Directory Users and Computers MMC snap-in from the Exchange member server. -or-


Install the Exchange System Management tools on the domain controller.

Just pop in the exchange 2k3 cd and the option is there. Thanks a bunch.
