HP Printer not printing Arial fonts

HP Laser Jet 8100 on an office network is failing to print Arial fonts, when it does they come out as blocks or lines. The printer has the latest firmware and drivers. Mostly happens when printing from excel.

Try setting the driver to download fonts as soft fonts, rather than using device fonts. You'll find it under Printing Preferences. If that does not fix it, or if it is already set that way, try reinstalling the font on the PC
