Microsoft Project: Eliminating duplicate resource name while inserting subprojects to master project

I identified the following problem while merging a subproject into a master project file. Since there were similar resources in both these files, It created duplicate entries for the resource names. Now I want to eliminate the duplicate resources and I was wondering if there is an easier way than going to the Gnatt chart and modifying the resource name in each task, to remove the duplicate names?

Appreciate your time.

Thanks,
Nihal
