I am rolling out to Outlook 2003 & Entourage 2001 (Mac)
I am looking for user documentation (quick reference) for both
Something very basic and short that user can use for reference
I don’t what to overwhelm some user.
Thanks.

Here are a few links that should assist you and your users in getting started with Microsoft Office.

1) http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=014D0985-5676-4223-965B-7BA34B832CF9&displaylang=en

That is a Microsoft quick reference guide.  Download and extract the .doc file to a directory on your HD.  One thing about the quick reference cards... there are over 200 of them.  I use a few cards at a time and ask a user to read the card and try using some of the shortcuts or features listed on the card.  Many of the cards will have information or help on subjects that your users will not need IE. SQL/Access database conversion.

2) http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/prodinfo/guide.mspx

This is a link to the product guide, I don't recommend it for an end user document, but it does have some chapters that are useful for feature lists and helping users understand office.

I keep looking all over Microsoft’s site, but I can't find anything other than that.

I personally use the Microsoft help, if I have a question on a feature or want to know how to perform a task, I can usually find it quickly with that.

My wife uses the Entourage 2001 at home and has always relied on the help file also.  If this does not help let me know and I will see what else I can find.
