Changing the SHELL 1000 pts

I have made a application in vb.net and i have made it my windows shell

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Set the Shell value to c:\yourpath\yourapp.exe

I want to know how i can make the taskbar still show up even if im using my own shell ?

No, you can't - the task bar is part of explorer.exe, the default shell. Without the explorer, no taskbar.

is there anyway to keep the taskbar is there a 3rd party taskbar ?
