Private Function ProcessSelected()

Dim i As Long

With ListView1.ListItems
    For i = 1 To .Count
        If .Item(i).Selected Then
            'Put your code here for the selected item
        End If
    Next i
End With

End Function

The ItemClick event is fired when an item is selected.
