If it tells you what part of the registry it has denied you access to, go into the registry and check it. &nbsp;You may find that the permissions on the key have been assigned to a security group (exchangeadmins or something like that) that your administrator account is not a part of. &nbsp;If that's the case, add administrator to that group and try the install again. &nbsp;Also, make sure you are installing from the exchange CDs. &nbsp;I have found several instances in which initiating an installation from files on the HDD ends badly.

Exchange 2003 Install
