Hotsync Manager 4.1 Palm OS Cobal Simulator

Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to hotsync the Cobal Simulator?

I've installed the manager and read the simultor guide but I get it to work.

right click the file and open with "Install Tool something and then press the hotsync button
