Hey Ben,
C:\Documents and Settings\Ben Feldman\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\YA21P1OR\HijackThis[1].exe    <---this looks a little fishy...I would clear your temp internet files, startup in safe mode...clear them, and reboot...
