this property "ControlToVlidate" is a memebre in baseValidator class, I want to control this proberty to accept null than I'll create another proberty which I can make the Validation,
the problem is ControlToValidate proberty it's not a virtual proberty, how can I change the behaviour of this class to make this proberty accept null.
