Not sure what the cause of the this error is.

There was a problem faxing.  Details:  System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80029C4A): Error loading type library/DLL.

Looks like a component your using is missing a dependency.

If you don't have the codebase to determine the dependencies (I'm guessing it's a 3rd party component), use the following or something similar: http://www.dependencywalker.com/

This allows you to see all the dependencies of a component.
I've also received this error when I don't have permissions to the directory where the com library resides.
