hello all,

I have a client from UK for a small PHP project. I done all the parts and my client wants to have demo of this project. Unfortunately, i dont have any servers to host my project. ( i did in my local system ).

Is it possible for me to host this somewhere (i use only one DB table - MySQL with 7 small PHP files) so my client can have a look at it. I need to show him in 12 hours from now. I can delete/remove the files after one day.

I am not sure whether this is offense or not possible. If it so, let me know and i will delete this post.

Thanks for any replies.

Hi

If it's only one day, just go to http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/, which is one among a lot of free php hosting out there, but I found while lycos may have some annoying ads, it's pretty easy to set up and use.

Regards,

Or you could open port 80 on your local computer to be accessable from the internet and use a dynamic dns to give it a dns and you could access it directly.

well this is the kind of the same method as KJHDI12

If you have a local server such as omnihttp or apache, just open them and connect your computer directly to the internet.  After that , get the dynamic ip from ipconfig at the run command line.
access the dynamic address directly from your client's computer.

HOpe this helps..
