How do I create an SPF record in DNS manager

Ok, i have used http://spf.pobox.com/wizard.html to create my SPF record.

Where do i put it in my DNS manager.  Under forward lookup, reverse lookup.  Can anyone please help with a detailed explanation?? I have looked over the web but unable to find a detailed explanation.

You can add it to your forward lookup zone for your domain(s).  Here is couple of nice links I found:
