how to check if a file is EncryptFile or not?

How can i check if a file is Encrypt file or not...

I use the Encrypt file function on several places within my movie but if the movie is stopped by the user and the EncryptFile function is over ruled or passed by how do i know if it is Encrypted?.

I save a text file Encrypted on the users local disk..

Must i put a special character in my text file and check it. If it isn't true then decrypt the file.

Or am i thinking to simple here

I assume you mean Buddy API's baEncryptFile or baEncryptText functions.  AN easier way might be to always save teh text encrypted with baEncryptText instead of baEncryptFile.  This way you know the text you read in is always encrypted and easier to test.  

Placing a word or char in the first line is also a safe way to test if its properly decrypted.
