Hi Mohammad and Thanks For your Comment,
I did this But my Last Problem Was Existed.
in creating oracle 9i Software I
Selected Arabic,English as Supported Languages(we Cant Delete Englisg language from that list)
In creating Db i Selected
ARMSWIN1256 as character_set and
UTF8 As National_character_set
But My Scripts on Oracle 8i dont work in oracle 9i.
I read this Paragraph From Micheal ault book( Administrating and Administration oracle 9i)
"You must Verify That the Registry on NT is Set with the same character set as the database,
or data Problems and performance degradation will occur. this applies to all client, workstation,
including windows 95,98,NT, as well as windows 2000-based units".
How Can I manage this work ?

We still use Oracle 8i at my work, so I haven't had change to work with 9i
But in call cases, when you install the Oracle server, you should set the characterset to arabic at the install stage, not after you install the database
what's the characterset for O 9i?
Regards,
Mohammed
