transfering .art files to .jpg files

Hello,

I need to transfer images with the .art extension to a jpg image that will be compatible for any place a normal .jpg file is.

Oh, and I have Paint Shop Pro 8 if that helps. PSP8 will not open .art files directly

This teaches you how to convert .art to .bmp. Then PSP might be able to convert .bmp to .jpg
