Hi ISKpatel ,

just see the link:
http://email.about.com/cs/oetipstricks/qt/et041202.htm an also the walkthrough:
http://email.about.com/library/daily/et/blet041202_1.htm ... this must help you for sure.
...one more thing,

If you have a problem accessing your hotmail account via firewall ,you must specify an extra rule for outlook express accessing internet .
I think ,cuz you have ISA 2000 Server, it won't be a huge problem ,cuz microsoft owns hotmail/msn...If it won't get an access automatically ,then you must specify the rule like :mac -adress( 1.) to access the internet then internet protocol ,see this is not a pop3 connection, you must probably specify tcp/ip ,cuz hotmail is an internet service; and the local and remote port -you can see the ports in your firewall or to get them with netstat -a in the command prompt of your pc/server.

1. So here is the point:
do you want to access hotmail account on one pc(example your own pc) or you want to get this service for all pc's in your network...?

Just tell me more for i will try to answer your question correctly.
