How do I automatically synchronise personal Contacts with Public Contacts?

We are running MS Office XP on a WIn2K3 Server in terminal session, with SBS2K including Exchange on a separate server.
I want to get my personal Contacts so that they are automatically synchronised to a shared Public Contacts folder.  What's the best way to achieve this?

Here's a semi-cheezy way and it's free!

The other solution is to basically use the public folder as your main contact store and create a shortcut to it in Favorites in Outlook. Then make it available offline. Now you can synch between it and the same folder in Public Folders.

If that doesn't cut it for you, then you'll need to look at some third party add-ins.
