need help to play mpe or video files in vb6

hi guys ......
I need your help to play mpe or video file in the MS media player ......
can you guys give me an workin example for this ...... but it must be so that when you press skip it must go to another mpe or media file ..... I also am looking for a free tool to create animation so that I can record it as an video file or an mpe file ....
please do not send me links to "how to do it" but links to free tools to creat animation would be appreciated ......

hi,
 there are many activeX controls are there for embed your application to play multimedia files.
 One simple thing is M$'s WindOW$ media player control. Just add it in your application and start playing.
  If can also keep a play list for continuously play the list of files. Keep thos files in an array/ file.
 If you select skip current file, play the next file in the array/ file.

  What type of tools you need to make animation. Text animation or Image animation?
