ISA 2000 server question

When trying to access a web page through the ISA server,
I get the contents from 2 weeks ago.  However when I
access the page without the ISA server checked, the
current contents are displayed.  I did create and run a
Scheduled Content Download job for the site in question
but got the same result.
How do I resolve this problem?  thanks

On the website you are connecting is probably wrongly defined expiration time TTL, -> you have to  manually the expiration Time on Proxy.
How does it work is describet in following article.

Ok that sounds like the problem but I am unclear of the solution.  I don't have the option of correcting the wrong defined expiration time problem on the web server.  I can only directly control purging it from my cache.

Historically I have enabled HTTP cache config and set it for Normally.  I have tried changing the settings to Frequently and also have played with teh "Set TTL of Object to:  "  with no change in result.

The webmaster never agreed that the TTL was wrong but interesting enough it works now.  Hmmm
