I have a Dell 400 SC Server that I will be running video type things off of and need the resolution to be set @ 640X480 but in the properties of the video card the smallest I can get it to is 800X600. Does anyone know if there is a different driver i can use or if this is even possible?? Do i need to replace the video card with somethign else??? The video is going into an encoder and must be set to 640X480 to show up correctly on the customers TVs so I don't have room to work with that any.

Why don't you just encode your video at 640x480?

In Windows Media Encoder you can select the resolution of the encoded stream - I would hope that you could do the same thing in other encoders.
