Hi I have this problem. My Crystal Report 7 is upgrade version from VB5 (crystal report). Now, I try to uninstall it from my Windows XP but failed. I have tried to uninstall from Start/Programs/Seagate Crystal Reports/Uninstall Seagate Crystal Reports and from Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs. It's just took less than 1 minute to complete and prompted me the "Unistall is completed". After that, I try to open again the crystal report file and still can be opened. It seems like nothing is being removed from my notebook. FYI, i also try to reinstall and then unistall but it's still the same thing as above.

Does anyone can help pls? I really don't want to format my notebook just because of this crystal report.

Thanks.

Versions of Crystal before CR9 had a problem with some files not being removed.  Crystal developed some batch files for this purpose.  I am not sure they will work correctly under Win XP.
