Need to create a self installer for multiple programs

I need to create an installer, like using Wininstall LE, to create a package that will install 3 programs. However I was told that Wininstall LE would not support more than 1 program per package. I had thought that this would be possible with Ghost Installer, but I am not sure. What would be the best utility to use for this. Thanks.

I think you could do 3 in one package although you would run in to this problem:

Why a Separate Package for Each Application?

One reason not to put more than one application into a single Windows Installer package is that if you receive an update for one of the applications, you would have to rebuild the package from scratch or install unnecessary files. If each application is in a separate Windows Installer package, you need create the package only once, and that package will not rely on another application that is installed on the computer.

Okay, but what can I use that will allow me to install three different apps and create a package?  Is there such a utility?

Since I never received an answer to my follow up question, I ghosted an image with the apps installed and it works fine for our purposes.  I am glad that you find it interesting to see how it was solved.
